Fredag den 10. oktober åbner Dansk Forfatterforening dørene for Kulturnattens gæster.
Fra kl. 19.00 til midnat præsenterer lyrikere, prosaister, børnebogsforfattere, oversættere og fagbogsforfattere tekster omkring årets emne: Nattens væsener.
Mens forfatterne læser op, vil en række illustratorer sidde og tegne i lokalerne og komme med deres bud på, hvordan et Nattens væsen kan se ud.
Alle er velkomne, og Kulturnatten er også en mulighed for at invitere venner og kolleger med til at komme og lytte og kigge illustratorerne over skulderen, mens de tegner. Det bliver muligt at købe et glas rødvin eller to, og det bliver muligt at købe de optrædendes bøger.

On Friday 10 October, the Danish Writers' Association will open its doors to the Culture Night's guests. From kl. 19.00 to midnight, poets, prose writers, children's book authors, translators and non-fiction writers present texts on this year's topic: The creatures of the night. While the authors read aloud, a number of illustrators will sit and draw on the premises and come up with their drawings what a Being of the Night might look like. Everyone is welcome, and the Culture Night is also an opportunity to invite friends and colleagues to come and listen and look at the illustrators over their shoulders while they draw.
